- New Inspector for Rutland
A new Inspector is taking over the reins at Oakham police station. Inspector Johnny Monks will take over from Inspector Sarah Cox on Monday 2nd February 2009. Inspector Cox, who has led the police in Rutland since April 2007, is leaving to take up a role as a Detective Inspector in the Force's Major Crime Unit.
